A Green Protein Smoothie
Made from 1 c milk, a little ice, 2 cups of spinach, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and half a banana. Mmm. And FYI, you need the banana. Really. It tastes pretty bad without it.
And a little greenery (and purple crocus) growing in the backyard.
